A Mauritanian firm built on rigor and regional insight
M2M Consulting is an independent firm based in Nouakchott, specializing in the development of education strategies and programs, the analysis and reform of public policy, and human capital development across Africa.
Founded by Dr. Mohamed Abderrahmane Beddi, a professor of higher education, an education expert certified in public policy and project management, M2M draws on a multidisciplinary team of national and international consultants.

Dr. Mohamed Abderrahmane Beddi
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Beddi is a professor of higher education and an education expert certified in public policy and project management. He founded M2M Consulting to bring global standards in education strategy and human capital development to Mauritanian and African institutions.
Over the course of his career, he has overseen education portfolios of more than 3.5 billion USD across 57 countries as an education manager at the Islamic Development Bank, providing strategic support to education system reforms in several African countries, the development of monitoring-evaluation systems and digital platforms, and the formulation of initiatives for education and employment.
